Privacy Policy – Neurospicy Parents

1. Who we are

2. What the add-on does

The add-on creates a weekly (or multiple times per week) agenda digest and emails it to the recipient(s) you specify. You can optionally include lists from specific tabs in Google Sheets™ (e.g., Boodschappen and Klusjes).

3. What data we process

We limit processing to what is strictly necessary for the service to work.

Settings we store (in Google Apps Script™ ScriptProperties):

• Your email address and optional additional recipients
• Selected calendar IDs (not the contents of events)
• Day(s) and time when you want to receive the digest
• Options: whether to include Boodschappen and/or Klusjes
• (Optional) sheetId of the spreadsheet that holds your lists
• Created trigger IDs (only to remove them cleanly later)

Data we only read and do not store:

• Calendar events from the calendars you selected for the upcoming week (title and times), and “special occasions” up to 3 weeks ahead; used to generate the email.
• List items from the specified tabs (column A: text, column B: checkbox) to include them in the email.

Email content:

• The email is generated at send time. We do not store the email text outside your mailbox.

4. Purposes and legal basis (GDPR)

• Purpose: provide the service you requested: a weekly agenda digest email, optionally enriched with list items.
• Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — you opt in by subscribing yourself. For the optional lists feature, your consent applies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw by disabling the option or unsubscribing.

5. Retention

• Settings (emails, calendar IDs, day/hour, options, sheetId, trigger IDs): kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete.
• Event data and list content: not stored outside the email you receive.

6. Sharing with third parties

• We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing.
• The add-on runs on Google infrastructure (Google Apps Script™). Emails are sent via Gmail™ (using MailApp/Gmail services). No data is sent to our own external servers.

7. Security

• Minimal OAuth scopes and limited storage (settings only in ScriptProperties).
• Google provides authentication and account security (OAuth 2.0).
• Access is per user; triggers and settings are user-specific.

8. Your rights

You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object (as applicable). Contact us at neurospicyparents@gmail.com.

9. Deleting your data (unsubscribe)

Use the “Unsubscribe” card in the add-on. We then delete your settings (ScriptProperties) and the related time triggers.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16. If you are a parent/guardian and believe data was provided without consent, contact us so we can remove it.

11. Changes

We may update this notice. The last update date is shown at the top. For material changes, we will inform you in the add-on or by email.

12. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

If the add-on uses the Gmail scope gmail.send, we comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use):

• Functional use only (sending email on your behalf).
• No human access to Gmail data, no sharing with third parties, no ads or profiling.
